The Westfälische Fleischwarenfabrik Stockmeyer GmbH is advertising with its well-known 3D brand figure “Ferdi Fuchs” and his team of friends.
GROUND STUDIOS is responable for the 3D implementation of all popular characters: Ferdi Fuchs, Franzi Fuchs, Ingo Igel, Lisa Luchs, Berti Biber and the cunning but funny badger Pepe.
The project and brand is managed by Brainbox Werbe- und Projektagentur GmbH from Erkrath.

Packaging
GROUND STUDIOS created a construction kit from 3D renderings with which all packaging motifs were designed. This is how 2D Ferdi becomes 3D Ferdi.

“Fuxia” has been recreated for the website. An action world in which all friends experience their adventures.
Over 160 banners, headers, sliders and other content images were produced.

Production
All sections were produced in 3ds Max and rendered in Vray in ACES color space. Compositing and editing was done with Black Magic Fusion and Davinci Resolve. The breakthrough simulation of Pepe's gripper arm and the tunnel digging scene were prepared in Houdini and transferred to 3ds Max via Alembic. All characters have flexible custom rigs. The area was greened with the help of Forest Pack Pro.
